Board

The Executive Board is the strategic governing body of Aids-Hilfe Schweiz. It is responsible for the association’s strategic direction, supports the management team and represents Aids-Hilfe Schweiz in dealings with its members.

Strategy Commission

The Strategy Commission acts as the link between our member organisations, the secretariat and the Executive Board. It ensures that members can contribute their perspectives to strategic planning and strengthens the coordination of services and projects within the association. It comprises executive directors from various regional specialist centres as well as a member of the Executive Board of Aids-Hilfe Schweiz. These include, amongst others, Aids-Hilfe Graubünden, GSN Neuchâtel, Sexuelle Gesundheit Zürich, PROFA, Aids-Hilfe Bern, Sexuelle Gesundheit Aargau, SIPE Valais, the Centre for AIDS and Sexual Health Issues, Aids-Hilfe beider Basel and S&X Sexuelle Gesundheit Zentralschweiz.

Expert Commissions

The expert commissions are the central specialist bodies of Aids-Hilfe Schweiz. Here, experts from member organisations, community representatives and staff from the secretariat exchange views on issues relating to the various key groups. The commissions promote the transfer of knowledge, bring together different perspectives and support the professional development of services.

Working Groups & Roundtables

Working groups and roundtables are ongoing forums for discussion on practical work-related topics. The aim is to facilitate regular exchange, share experiences and develop good ideas. They are organised by the relevant staff members at the secretariat. They invite suitable experts to participate and can be contacted by anyone interested in taking part.
