The main office of the Swiss AIDS Federation is located in the city of Zurich. It incorporates the federal reporting office for discrimination relating to HIV and AIDS, as well as the free legal advice service for people living with HIV.

The Swiss AIDS Federation is funded by grants from the Federal Office of Public Health, the Federal Social Insurance Office, as well as private donations.
