Free legal advice from Swiss AIDS Federation
The Swiss AIDS Federation counseling team clarifies, informs, advises and mediates - free of charge.
People living with HIV/AIDS and their families, counsellors, employers, doctors and other interested parties can contact the advice service of Swiss AIDS Federation by phone or in writing with any legal questions directly related to HIV/AIDS.
The legal information office answers questions on:
- social security legislation
- social welfare law
- private insurance law
- employment law
- data protection legislation
- patients’ rights
- travelling abroad
- criminal liability
We clarify issues, inform, advise and mediate. We also help you write applications, requests, appeals and complaints. If necessary, we put people in contact with competent lawyers whom we trust.
Your enquiries will be dealt with in strict confidentiality. Our service is free of charge.
