The Swiss AIDS Federation counseling team clarifies, informs, advises and mediates - free of charge.

People with HIV and their relatives, counsellors, employers, medical professionals and other interested parties can contact our legal advice service by telephone or in writing with legal questions directly related to HIV.

Our counselling team will answer your questions on:

  • social security legislation
  • social welfare law
  • private insurance law
  • employment law
  • data protection legislation
  • patients’ rights
  • Travelling abroad
  • criminal liability

Your enquiry will be treated in strict confidence. Our service is free of charge.

Our team are available to provide advice at the following times:

Tuesday, 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 and 2.00 – 4.00 p.m.
Thursday, 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 and 2.00 – 4.00 p.m.
