Die Geschäftsleitung der Aids-Hilfe Schweiz verantwortet die operativen Tätigkeiten, insbesondere die Verbandsaufgaben. Du unterstützt sie bei der Gremienarbeit (Delegiertenversammlung, Vorstand, Strategiekommission) sowie in der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Protokollierung von Sitzungen. Zudem hilfst du bei der Umsetzung der nationalen Strategie, der Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und im Personalwesen, z. B. bei Rekrutierung und internen Veranstaltungen.
