Get tested in May!

The gay community is particularly affected by certain infections. That is why the Swiss AIDS Federation has been conducting regular testing campaigns in the gay community since 2017.

Periodical testing for HIV and the top STIs provides clarity - regardless of symptoms you're experiencing. We recommend: Men who have sex with men should get tested regularly for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia – even if you're not experiencing any symptoms.

The sexually transmitted infections HIV, syphilis, gonorrhoea and chlamydia are widespread. An infection is often detected late and therefore passed on. A large proportion of diagnoses are among men who have sex with men (MSM). That is why the Swiss AIDS Federation has been conducting regular testing campaigns in the gay community since 2017.
